Setting Up Your User Profile (My Account) in SalesNexus (Nexi)

Your Profile is where you manage your own details, email setup, and sign-in for SalesNexus.

Open your profile

Click your name / avatar at the top of the menu and choose Profile. (The same menu also has Account, Billing, and Settings.)

Edit your details

Under Profile Information, update your Name, Title, Company, and Phone, then click Save Changes. Use the camera icon on your photo to upload a profile picture.

Connect your email (Outlook / Gmail)

Under Email Integrations, connect an Outlook or Gmail account for sending email and set an email signature. You can also manage these from Settings.

Nexi AI preferences

Under Nexi AI Preferences → Email Compose Mode, choose Auto (Nexi loads email suggestions automatically when you open the composer) or Manual (only when you request them).

Login, password & security

Use the Manage login email, password & security link at the bottom of your profile to change your password or your login email.
