1. You can go to your lead/customer's contact notes record. Under notes tab, you will see all the past SMS Campaign, calls, and an email sent.
Please see the image below on how it looks like if it's sent successfully.
2. Please follow the instruction here to make sure that your SMS Campaign is set up properly.
