How to Disable Users in SalesNexus

⚠️ IMPORTANT: This article refers to the Legacy version of SalesNexus. The Legacy SalesNexus will be sunset by the end of July 2026. It's time to migrate to the new SalesNexus. Here's how to start the process.

Applies to:  R4 Version

  1. Go to X > System Settings > Manage Users (or Click the "Gear" icon in the menu bar)

  2. Select the user you would like to disable

  3. Uncheck the "Enable user login" checkboxScreen_Shot_2018-12-07_at_8.21.23_AM.png
  4. Click Save
