Applies to: Apple Macintosh computers
- Open the program or website you want to take a screenshot of
- Press the command + shift + 4 keys together
- You will get a cursor that looks like "Crosshairs" with a circle in the middle
- Click and drag your mouse around the area you want to take a screenshot of, and when finished, release the mouse button
- Your screenshot is saved by default to your Desktop
- Send the image to the SalesNexus support staff by replying to your support case, or sending to Support@salesNexus.com
