How to Create Contact Layouts (Right Side)

Applies to: R4 Version

  1. View any Contact record
  2. Next find any Right Side layout with the "Copy Layout" button visible, and click it (example: Social)

  3. Next, click the "pencil" icon next to the name of the layout (example: Social - Copy)

  4. After typing the new name of your layout, click "Edit Layout"
  5. Add/Remove any of the fields you want displayed on this new layout, and order them as desired

  6. Click Save
