The minimum viewable screen resolution for SalesNexus is 1366 x 768. The recommended screen resolution is 1920 x 1080. This is the screen resolution that you choose at the Operating System level.
For Windows PC, to change the resolution:
- Go to Control Panel
- Choose Appearance and Personalization,
- click Adjust screen resolution
- Click the drop-down list next to Resolution or, move the slider to the resolution you want
- Click Apply.
