- Go to System Settings > Create and change Fields.
- Choose the area that contains your dropdown list box:
- Select the Drop down list field that needs to be sorted
- Use the sort buttons to sort the items in Descending or Ascending order
HINT: You can also use the up and down arrows when an item is selected in the list of drop down items to move it's place in the list. This is useful when you need to move an item higher in the list, even after sorting. - When you sort or move items they are auto saved and can be seen by all other users in your system.
