To clear the cache in Internet Explorer:
- Select Tools (use the "gear" icon) > Delete browsing history... > Safety > Delete browsing history...
- Make sure to uncheck "Preserve Favorites website data"
- Make sure to check "Temporary Internet files" and "Cookies"
- Click Delete
- You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the page when this has completed.
