On-going Support Services

New users are eligible for help desk and support services only after the  user’s completion of the Basic New User public training and completion by at least one user per customer/company of the Admin User public training.  SalesNexus reserves the right to refuse support services to any user which has not completed public training as required.

Phone and Chat support will be available from 8am to 7pm Eastern Standard Time generally.  SalesNexus will provide best efforts to fulfill these hours, however, internal meetings, staff shortages may result in reduce hours occasionally.  SalesNexus will provide best efforts to inform users in advance of any temporary changes.

Email to support@salesnexus.com, received before 2pm Eastern Standard Time on any business day will be responded to on the same day.  Email to support@salesnexus.com received after 2pm Eastern Standard Time will be responded to on the very next business day.
