Once you become a client of SalesNexus, you will need to complete our New User and/or Admin Public Training(s) for Unlimited Help Desk Support – email, phone or chat. The trainings are only 1 hour – LIVE or Pre-recorded.

Phone and Chat support will be available from 8am to 7pm Eastern Standard Time generally.

Emails to support@salesnexus.com, received before 2pm EST on any business day will be responded to on the same day.

Emails to support@salesnexus.com received after 2pm EST will be responded to on the very next business day.

Plus, SalesNexus subscribers have unlimited free access to Supports How-To-Guides and eBooks.
